Originally the Doctor's house, built in the 1850's, Caddon View is now an extremely comfortable and individual bed and breakfast, which feels more like a small hotel, where our personal service and attention to detail in relaxed surroundings are guaranteed. You'll feel a sense of well-being the moment you step inside.

The 16th Scottish Borders Walking Festival is to be held this year in the Tweed Valley - Innerleithen, Peebles, Selkirk and West Linton - running from the 4th - 12th September.
